Beach Love, a book that features romance stories with local settings, is now available in large print. Beach Love contains 13 stories by a variety of authors. The stories’ fictional characters find love in local towns, along the way visiting familiar restaurants, inns, and attractions. Settings for the stories include Bethany Beach, Cape May, Fenwick Island, Lewes, Ocean City (MD), and Rehoboth Beach.
This is our first large print book, but if we find there is demand, we may issue large print versions of some of our other books.
Readers will enjoy the recognizable locales as well as the mix of characters and romantic situations. In one story, a romance novelist longs for a love of her own, while in another, a disabled veteran faces not only the challenge of learning to walk on artificial legs, but also of finding love. Because the book contains stories by a variety of authors, the stories vary in tone as well, from a light-hearted tale of a police officer looking for a dognapper to a poignant tale of two stargazers struggling to determine whether love has passed them by.
Beach Love in large print is available at some local stores and online. Although the large print version is larger in size and number of pages, we chose to keep the price at the same affordable level as the regular version ($15.95).
